Literally the worst booking app Ive ever experienced. Even Value Cab app is miles better. Old version of app was great if basic. This app takes me to INDONESIA when I try to track my booked taxi in NORTHERN IRELAND. And even then, just shows me the ground! Have to hope that fonaCab texts me a tracking link if I want to track. And the cheek that it keeps asking me to update my tip settings lol
Efficient but lacked personality
Ridiculous user experience. The app can't accept address input without randomly clearing the field or overwriting what you entered with another address. Surely this is the most important part of a taxi booking app? Who tested this?
Had to do a stop to pick up a prescription very good
Has became an awful app since the "upgrade". Constantly can never book taxis nor can you prebook a taxi either. When you do get a taxi order you can no longer "follow" the taxi like the previous app which was one of the best features especially if you where out in the city center on a night.
Hands down! The best and the most reliable cab service in Belfast!
Brilliant app will use it from now on its good to be able to book your taxi in advance 😀😊
